His popular book, Designing a Document Strategy has sold in over 30 countries and is a required text in universities in North America, Europe and Australia. He is the founding editor of Document magazine and is a respected writer and speaker.

Kevin served many years in the trenches managing large-scale, multi-state document services organizations in the health insurance, aerospace and pharmaceutical industries. He is an authority on document strategy design, process improvement and business technology. Mr. Craine received his BA in organizational communications and his MBA in the management of science and technology.
